Jemaine to star in new Jared Hess film

Jemaine will star alongside Michael Angarano and Sam Rockwell in “Gentlemen Broncos” which will be directed by Jared Hess of Napoleon Dynamite fame.

Rhys in new Jim Carrey movie

Darby, a London-based New Zealander, will play Norman, the boss of Jim Carrey’s character Karl in the loan company where he works. He landed the role on the back of the success of HBO series Flight Of The Conchords, in which he plays Murray, the hapless manager of the New Zealand folk parodists.

EVS is Number 4 at the NZ box office

Ok, so Bruce Willis, Homer Simpson, and Adam Sandler beat EVS at the movies this week. Way too much testosterone for me.. I prefer a brilliant comedy with two unconventional characters and a great soundtrack. Does anyone know were I might find that? Maybe if I read Stuff.co.nz?
