Interview talks to the C
Although not an interview per se, this write up in Interview magazine was worth the $3.50 I shelled out for it. Why? I like this photo. The posture of the guys is the absolute antithesis of the “Rock Star” image the surrounding conveys. Or you know..whatever.. 
It is also interesting to me that Jemaine is wearing a $715 Gucci sweater and Bret is wearing a $40 shirt (probably the one he brought to the shoot). Is that “The” leather jacket from episode 9? Shoes by Converse and hair products by Paul Mitchell. The scan is below.

I’m pretty sure that is Bret’s own shirt and one that he did wear under the leather suit in one scene. I noticed the shirt in the scene, because I’m pretty sure I’ve seen other older pictures of him wearing that shirt. I’ve certainly recognized some of his T-shirts. And of course there’s the jumper. There’s something relatable about it all.
Hey Indy! Not to be picky, but when I mentioned Bret’s “jumper” to Jemaine, he was adamant that it was a jersey, not a jumper. Silly me, for trying to talk New Zealander.
I think jumper is probably more of a British term and I guess jersey is the NZ version. I grew up saying jumper because of my mother. Who would have thought that one clothing item could cause so much confusion!
