Sorry to anyone who tried to come by on April 1st. It wasn’t an April Fools joke, we are changing servers and everything had to go down. Sorry. Anyway, we finally get news from the guys by way of their myspace blog.

We’ve been busy.
Hello myspace friends. We know what you’ve probably thinking, “what kind of friends are Flight of the Conchords?”. “We’re on their friends list and yet they never visit, they don’t buy us birthday presents, they don’t come when they’re feeling down and ask for a little support, they don’t invite all 14,813 of us around for dinner, they don’t lend us their clothes even though we sent them several messgaes asking them to, they don’t regularly update their blog, have they forgotten us or what?”. To that our answer is “no, no, no, hey, listen, let us explain… we’ve just been really busy”.

At the moment we’re filming a TV series. To that you’ll all probably answer “well, why didn’t you tell us about that? We love to hear that kind of thing” and we say “we know, we know, we’ve just haven’t had much time” and you guys all say “didn’t have enough time for your friends?” and you look at us with those puppy dog eyes “okay sorry, no need to guilt trip us” and then you guys all say “well…you’re forgiven”. “What’s this show that takes up so much of your time about?” you ask. “It’s about two naive New Zealand musicians struggling in the lower echelons of the music world in New York City” we reply. It’s on air in June on HBO. “Oh” you say. “Yeah”. Let’s have a virtual group hug? Who’s in?
