“Video Kid” Video up for award
Ok, so CTV4 has the video finalists’ videos for Radio Active 89fm’s “Handle the Jandal DIY NZ Music Video Awards.” That Conchord boy Bret Mckenzie is up for a Golden Jandal for “DJZ Girlfriend.” Yay! At least I think Yay..I happen to really like some of the other videos (Hi Thrashing Marlin!) sigh..But no..my loyalties rest with the Video Kid… So, Go to the ctv4 page to see the videos. I was able to capture part of the VK video, which you can see here.. (Yes, it’s only a partial video..I don’t know why I couldn’t watch it all..) 
Update: Apparently the Video Kid came in second and in a surprise twist, known favorites Thrashing Marlin were not in the top 3.. Sorry, Guys…no word on how the cute teddy bear in the video is taking the news..
